We use our tongues to talk and express ourselves as we bring thoughts into words. But within shamanism we practice becoming the hollow bone, which provides a space for spirit to talk through us. Throughout my teaching career I have been asked to share rhythms to my students supporting their healing practice. From my personal experiences all healing comes from spirit and the more presence we give to this connection the more powerful this partnership becomes.
The Drums Tongue gently guides you to witness the presence of your ego. Deepening your conscious curiosity with the intention to receive clarity towards all aspects of yourself.
