Reflections
We all have moments that stop us – change, loss, challenge, or conflict. They pull us into feeling, offering a choice: stay in the mind, or invite balance and fully embody the experience.
Uncomfortable as they are, these moments shape our growth. I call them reflections. They arrive with power, asking us to sit in compassion, to be guided, taught, and loved more deeply than we imagine. They mend the gaps within us, bringing us closer to wholeness.
These are the reflections I share, in the hope they may support your own journey… to growth, to freedom, to living from the heart.
Being whole
When the heart opens, the lungs breathe a new breath. It is not a place of remembering, it is a place of being, when we begin to live life from the soul.
Reaching out/Reaching in
When we reach out for help, we are seeking someone who can listen and ultimately help us. But what if I were to say to you, that this someone has been you all along.
Trust and Intimacy
When two people talk to each other they can learn but when trust sits between them they can grow. And it is this trust that nourishes the foundation supporting them both.
Give Yourself Space To Be
A gift for you to honour your true self and the wisdom of your inner wealth within a musical meditation guided by your own breath. Shared with love for all.
The Feminine Inside of Me
I’ve learned to surrender to my feelings and heal the masculine wounds that exist in the depth of my heart, honouring that I was born from a woman.
When a Child Shares Love
When love is all you know, love is all you show. But what happens if you share love and it is never held safely so you can immerse yourself within its presence.
Power in Unity
Our ancestors have always understood the importance of living in harmony with nature, maintaining the essential balance for all life to co-exist in connection
Our Conditions
From the very beginning of our lives we arrive into conditions, with our parents, teachers, employers and peers. These conditions often influence who we think we are.
Rebirthing
There is often a great fear in rebirthing our lives. To release the old and welcome the new. Even I fear letting go and recognise this as a conditioned human belief.
Our Connection to Love
Every moment in our lives is an opportunity to re-learn, re-love our connection to love. As a man, I am forever learning and I deeply thank every woman who has ever loved me.
