Ancestral Healing

Trauma continues through generations, often hiding until someone in that generation has the courage to change.

That someone who witnesses the generational trauma may be told everything they feel doesn’t exist.

And this is where courage lies deep within their own emotional awareness

They may be told their feelings aren’t real by those who are still seduced by the trauma wishing to hide.

A black and white image of a mother and daughter standing together. The mother is in the background looking serious and the daughter is in foreground smiling.

But trauma never hides,
it surfaces either consciously or unconsciously.

For those who see this seduction and choose to change, you are the catalyst for your generational healing.

You may have been told you are wrong,
even punished for seeing what you see.

Maybe you are seen as the black sheep of your family.

You are not.

You have witnessed the dirt of your generation and chose not to hide it.

If you are seen in this way, then celebrate your courage to allow the generational trauma to surface.

Even if you’re blamed, trust that within you lies a calling to rise out of this shame.

Continue to transform, grow, expand yourself, breathe a new breath.

For you are the one who is setting yourself free for all those who will walk after you.

When others continue to hide from the trauma, traumatising others, you transform

And when you are ready, you will truly be born
