We all have a desire for closeness, to be heard, understood and ultimately loved. But between this space lies a connection that determines the strength of this loving foundation.

For many of us, this space is safety. Where intimacy can arrive, supporting us to open ourselves to one another.

Intimacy is the most beautiful connection any one can both share or receive.

It is simply ‘INTO ME YOU SEE.’

And this is where trust and intimacy can strengthen the foundation of a relationship throughout any turbulence that may exist. With trust and intimacy two people can learn to grow as they navigate and nourish their longing to continually connect.

If two people talk to each other they can learn but when trust sits between them they can grow.

Intimacy is sacred, it is the voice of the soul.

Without it are holes,
With it we are whole.
