Inhaling The Breath Exhaling The Word

I have released my first book, it is entitled ‘Inhaling the breath exhaling the word’. It is the first release from the ‘Breath of Life’ series. Dedicated to a dear friend of mine who has passed, it contains poetry inspired by love, loss, self-belief and the many numerous emotions that touch us throughout our lives.

‘Inhaling the breath exhaling the word’ is the first release from the ‘Breath of Life’ series. It contains poems and short stories inspired by unconditional love and the numerous emotions that exist within life. Words are brilliant channels for expression and the author delivers raw and yet poignant poems related to his experiences in life and love. Our connections with ourselves, each other and especially within relationships are the most important aspects of our lives. These paths of self-exploration also deliver the most powerful of learning experiences. ‘Inhaling the breath exhaling the word’ is focused on the thought that exists between the miracle of the breath and the expression of the self.
